Giancarlo Riso joined Blueprint in 2014. As a Managing Director, he specializes in advising clients on the valuation, acquisition, and disposition of seniors housing and skilled nursing properties in the Western United States to ensure execution certainty by applying a strategic and detail oriented approach to manage the entire life cycle of a deal. He is a graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, and entrepreneurship and a member of the Indiana University Real Estate Alumni Network.
