Jake Rice joined Blueprint in May of 2025. He is an associate working with Amy Sitzman on all things Senior Housing & Care. Prior to joining Blueprint, Jake began his career in Healthcare working as an Acquisitions Analyst at Ensign Services, eventually becoming the VP of Financial Acquisitions. Jake closed 100+ Skilled Nursing & Senior Housing transactions during his tenure at Ensign.
Jake holds a bachelor's degree in finance from San Diego State University and is a CFA Charter holder. Jake lives in Dana Point, CA with his wife Haley. Jake loves traveling, cooking, and all kinds of sports.
