Giancarlo Riso

Giancarlo Riso joined Blueprint in 2014 and serves as Managing Director and the firm’s Managing Broker in Texas, where he leads Blueprint’s expansion and transaction execution across the state. Based in Austin, TX, Giancarlo focuses on delivering strategic advisory services related to the valuation, acquisition, disposition, and structured execution of seniors housing and skilled nursing assets throughout Texas and the Western United States. Giancarlo has played a key role in growing the firm’s presence and market share, leveraging a client-first approach rooted in deep analytics, transaction certainty, and creative problem-solving. His leadership in Texas reflects a commitment to expanding Blueprint’s footprint and delivering superior results for institutional, private equity, and individual investor clients.

Giancarlo is a graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, and Entrepreneurship and a member of the Indiana University Real Estate Alumni Network. He speaks Spanish and Italian and is a dual citizen of the United States and Italy.
