Kevin Lukehart joined Blueprint in 2018. As a Senior Director, he is responsible for assisting clients and the Blueprint team in understanding market values and capital markets outlook. He contributes to development of the firm’s best-in-class analytics and prides himself on taking a disciplined, comprehensive approach to advising clients on their portfolios and capital decisions. He holds Bachelor’s Degrees in Economics and Commercial Real Estate from DePaul University.
