Harry Porter is an Associate at Blueprint. In his role, he focuses on facilitating successful transaction advisory for Senior Housing & Skilled Nursing opportunities in the Midwest & Southeast to help clients execute their strategic goals.

Joining Blueprint in 2022, Harry began his career as an Analyst, contributing to Blueprint's leading Analytics team, having underwritten and valued Senior Housing, Skilled Nursing, Behavioral Health, & Medical Outpatient transactions exceeding $2 Billion.

Harry graduated from the Wisconsin School of Business with a bachelor's degree in real estate & urban land economics and is a member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association (WREAA). He was born and raised in the Chicago suburbs.
