Ben Firestone co-founded Blueprint in 2013. As Chief Executive Officer, he oversees Blueprint’s management team and provides strategic direction for the firm. He is also responsible for managing established relationships and new client development. With nearly two decades in the seniors housing and care industry, Ben brings a uniquely strategic perspective to his professional relationships and transactions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is an alumni of the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care (NIC) Future Leaders Council and currently serves as a member of NIC’s Planning Committee. He and his family split their time between Chicago and Boca Raton, Florida, while staying close to his St. Louis roots.
