Blueprint is pleased to announce the successful sale of The Fremont, a 119-unit independent living, assisted living, and memory care community located in Springfield, Missouri. Blueprint executed the sale process on behalf of a Missouri-based ownership group.
Originally built in 2008, the community underwent an expansion in 2012 to keep up with the demand of the local market.
Consisting of 54 independent living, 48 assisted living, and 16 memory care units, the community was 99% occupied and maintained perennially high operating margins.
