AdventHealth Care Center Burleson is a 178-bed facility located adjacent to Texas Health Huguley Hospital, an Advent Health managed joint-venture with Texas Health. AdventHealth Care Center Overland Park is a 102-bed facility in Johnson County, Kansas, within close proximity to AdventHealth Shawnee Hospital
While enduring the ongoing turmoil in the capital markets and banking industry, Blueprint sourced multiple competitively priced offers for both facilities with CareTrust REIT chosen as the prevailing ‘all-cash’ buyer, along with its operating partners, Austin, TX-based Momentum Skilled Services and Kansas-based Summit Healthcare Management
Blueprint worked closely with all parties to create alignment and establish clear communication to ultimately facilitate a seamless real estate closing and simultaneous operational transition. This acquisition represents CareTrust’s continued growth in Texas with Momentum and initial entry into the Kansas market with its new Summit tenant relationship
