Blueprint marketed the opportunity alongside 16+ seniors communities located throughout the Southeast, Midwest, and Mid-Atlantic, and utilized a robust marketing approach focusing on both individual regional and portfolio specific buyers

Seller and Blueprint collectively decided to market the opportunity at the start of 2023, following the successful implementation of in-house and street rate increases, which resulted in double digit revenue growth over the prior year

Blueprint proactively guided the transaction through all aspects of contracting, diligence and transition process to ensure the deal closed on time at the originally agreed upon purchase price

In the face of a challenging capital markets environment, the Southeastern-based owner / operator raised sufficient equity to close the deal all cash without delay
