The skilled nursing facility located 20 minutes north of Lawrence, Kansas was the West Coast-based owner’s only facility in the state.

Blueprint positioned the deal as a unique opportunity for a buyer to acquire a well-maintained facility significantly below replacement cost in order to capitalize on future census growth, expense management, and case mix improvement.

Blueprint conducted a strategic and comprehensive marketing campaign which targeted local, regional, and national owner-operators, resulting in the selection of an owner-operator familiar to Blueprint that provided a high degree of closing certainty.
