Given the financial trajectory and saturation of seniors housing providers in these specific submarkets, Blueprint underwrote these assets as both seniors housing and behavioral healthcare conversion candidates and recommended to Seller to deploy a behavioral healthcare marketing strategy given the strong demand from behavioral providers in these markets

Pricing and certainty of execution in this very difficult financing environment were two key components of the assignment. Blueprint procured several strong offers ultimately selecting one regional and one national behavioral healthcare provider as acquirers, leading to two successful closings with no price adjustments
