The subject portfolio consisted of eight assisted living and memory care communities located throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin. Each community included a smaller footprint, with 153 units total across the portfolio.
Blueprint was engaged by a public company focused on seniors housing that relies on the firm’s ability to deliver execution certainty in complex transactions. Drawing on its deep sector expertise and relationships, Blueprint structured and led the disposition process from launch through closing.
Blueprint launched a targeted marketing strategy directed toward a select group of experienced owner/operators and investors active in the Midwest seniors housing sector. The process generated multiple qualified offers from groups seeking to expand their regional footprint.
Ownership ultimately selected an established owner/operator with an existing Wisconsin presence, recognizing the group’s ability to seamlessly integrate the communities and drive future performance.
Working closely with both parties throughout diligence and transition, Blueprint helped guide the transaction to a successful closing.
