The portfolio consisted of 468 total units with communities built in late 1980s and 1990s, and on a consolidated basis the portfolio generated approximately $4.8 million in EBITDAR for full-year 2022

As the trusted advisor, Blueprint guided the seller through the market’s uncharted territory, overcoming the challenges of a turbulent operating environment and rapidly changing capital markets. Arcus Healthcare Partners was selected as the buyer and assumed the existing Freddie Mac loan, staking their homestead claim to serving seniors in the Pacific Northwest with the incumbent manager retaining operations

In a nod to the legendary Oregon Trail card game, Blueprint successfully played the cards for this strategic journey and emerged triumphant, forging a successful path to closing.
