Located in the Cleveland, Ohio suburb of Beachwood, Menorah Park is a flagship healthcare campus and fixture of the community that had been owned and operated by a non-profit organization that has served Cleveland’s Jewish community since its founding in 1906
Following an affiliation with a fellow non-profit, Montefiore, in July 2020, the sprawling campus totaled 588 licensed skilled nursing beds, 288 assisted living and memory care units, and 193 independent living units with an Aquatic and Therapy Center and assorted ancillary amenities

Facing challenges due to increased healthcare staffing and a shift in competitive landscapes, the not-for-profit board elected to enlist Blueprint to represent the campus for sale based on its intimate knowledge of the active buyer market. The highly competitive process, coupled with previously announced Ohio Skilled Nursing Medicaid Rate increase, resulted in six acquisition proposals from qualified regional and national owner-operators, as well as several private equity investors

Following site tours, interviews, and a final round of bidding, the board favored Outcome Healthcare, a New Jersey-based owner-operator, as the selected buyer for its reputation and eagerness to continue serving the greater Cleveland Jewish community through mission and religious programming at Menorah Park. Blueprint actively guided all parties throughout the entire transaction process, creatively navigating market headwinds caused by the current interest rate environment to a successful closing
