By leveraging its network of qualified operators, Blueprint’s strategic process resulted in the identification of a Nevada-based operator who had strong interest in leasing the portfolio from the future Buyer, however, after further discussions with their capital partner, a very compelling bid was submitted to acquire the portfolio
