Yvonne Redd joined Blueprint in April of 2026 as Director, FHA Servicing. Yvonne has over 38 years of professional experience specializing in FHA and GNMA mortgage servicing and customer operations. She possesses extensive knowledge of the Department of Housing and Urban Development and Ginnie Mae multifamily and healthcare regulations, and compliance.

Yvonne is responsible for GNMA pool processing, GNMA security issuance, warehouse settlements, GNMA reporting and compliance. Ms. Redd began her FHA/GNMA career as A.V.P. of servicing for USGI, Inc., Huntoon Hastings, Inc., Johnson Capital Huntoon Hastings and Vice President of servicing for Pineview Capital Group. Ms. Redd holds a BBA from historic HBCU Morgan State University.
