Sam Arender joined Blueprint in June 2026 after graduating from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business with a major in Finance and a minor in Italian. As an Analyst, he supports the team by analyzing market data and underwriting valuations across the senior living sector. Sam grew up in Nashville, Tennessee and enjoys swimming and creative writing in his free time.
