Melissa is a veteran of the healthcare industry, having begun her career over twenty years ago. Over this time she has gained a wealth of knowledge in growth strategy through mergers and acquisitions and de novos. Melissa has been involved in nearly 100 successful transactions resulting in the acquisition of over 250 locations at companies such as Healthcare Capital Advisors, Webster Equity Partners, Baylor Scott & White and USMD.

Most recently, she worked for behavioral healthcare focused investment bank, Healthcare Capital Advisors. Her passion for behavioral healthcare began at BayMark Health Services where she served as Vice President of Development for seven years.

Melissa holds an MBA, MPH and BS in Accounting. Originally from Louisiana, Melissa currently lives in Dallas.
