Jack Carson joined Blueprint in 2026 and supports the firm’s new business sourcing efforts across the seniors housing and care sector. His responsibilities include identifying prospective opportunities, conducting market research, underwriting, and supporting transaction execution. Prior to joining Blueprint full-time, Jack interned with the firm and previously worked as a Research Analyst Intern at NorthStar Asset Management. Jack earned a degree in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. Outside of the office, he enjoys golfing, boating, and fishing.
