Dillon specializes in sourcing Seniors Housing and Skilled Nursing opportunities, advising clients on holistic portfolio strategy, and executing transactions across all senior housing & care asset types on behalf of Private Equity firms, REITs, Family Offices, and regional and super-regional operators and investors.

To date, Dillon has completed $700M+ in closed investment-sales volume. Earlier in his career, as one of Blueprint’s original analysts and later a Director on the Analytics Team, he underwrote and valued more than $2B in Seniors Housing and Skilled Nursing transactions, helping shape the firm’s industry-leading analytical platform.

Since joining Blueprint in 2018 after earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from DePaul University, Dillon has built a reputation for rigorous analysis, creative deal sourcing, and a client-first approach that drives execution across both on-market and off-market engagements.

Outside the office, Dillon serves on the Leadership Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Chicagoland, where he is also a dedicated “Big Brother.” He is also an Eagle Scout.
