Dillon Rudy is a Director at Blueprint. In this role, Dillon specializes in sourcing new Seniors Housing & Skilled Nursing opportunities, understanding clients’ holistic portfolio strategies, and executing transactions regardless of size and profile on behalf of Private Equity, REIT, High-Net Worth/Family-Office, and Regional/Super-Regional investors.
Joining Blueprint in 2018 following his graduation from DePaul University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Dillon began his journey at Blueprint as one of the firm’s original analysts. Through his contributions to Blueprint’s industry-leading Analytics Team as a Director, he has underwritten and valued Seniors Housing & Skilled Nursing transactions exceeding $2 billion.
Dillon is an active member of Big Brother Big Sisters of Chicagoland as both a leadership board member and ‘Big Brother’, an Eagle Scout, and the proud father of a Golden Retriever, Maverick.
