Connor Doherty is an Executive Managing Director at Blueprint, where he specializes in seniors housing and care investment sales and advisory. Since joining the firm in 2014, he has overseen more than 200 transactions totaling over $3.0 billion.

Connor works with investors and operators nationwide, focusing on asset divestitures, capital and operator partnerships, lease restructurings, distressed sales, and structured debt solutions. Known for his deal execution and market insight, he consistently helps clients navigate complex transactions and maximize value.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Urban Planning from Miami University, where he was a four-year letterman on the men’s golf team.
