Brian Therkildsen joined Blueprint in April of 2026 as Director, HUD. He is responsible for the operations, underwriting, and the closing of all FHA loans. Prior to joining Blueprint, Brian served as Vice President for MidCap Financial, Pineview Capital, and Johnson Capital.

Overall, Brian has 15+ years of financing experience in healthcare and multifamily housing and has been actively involved in underwriting more than $500 million of FHA/HUD-insured debt. Mr. Therkildsen holds a BA in economics from Colorado State University. Brian became a HUD LEAN Approved underwriter in 2017.
