Blueprint is pleased to announce the successful sale of Arbor View Communities (the 'Community'), a 50-unit assisted living and memory care community located in Racine County (Burlington), Wisconsin. The Community, consisting of two distinct buildings providing dedicated assisted living and memory care services, was built in 2008 and 2011 respectively.
Blueprint represented the seller, a private owner-operator and sourced the buyer, a non-traded REIT ('Buyer') headquartered in New York.
The Buyer leased the Community to Meridian Senior Living, a national operator of assisted living, memory care and independent living communities.
