Engaged by a public REIT, Blueprint positioned the opportunity for a regionally focused, seniors owner/operator to expand their geographic footprint, realize immediate scale and revenue diversification, and capitalize on expense efficiencies

In a targeted and off-market process, Blueprint identified Adava Care, an entrepreneurial owner/operator with an existing footprint in the Milwaukee MSA, as the buyer. Adava Care was eager to grow its platform and capitalize on the economies of scale portfolio offered
