Blueprint strategically advises on sale of historic Nashville Seniors Community, Maybelle Carter Senior Living
Originally constructed in 1984 by Johnny Cash for his mother in-law, Maybelle Carter, the community consisted of 132 units of independent living, assisted living and memory care

Regaining operational momentum following the pandemic related headwinds, along with the completion of targeted capital investment program, Blueprint positioned the offering as excellent value-add investor upside

The seller, a publicly traded REIT, engaged Blueprint in the Fall of 2021 to run a competitive marketing process

Blueprint tapped into its extensive network of regional and national seniors housing investors, and ultimately, Lloyd Jones Senior Living emerged as the winning bidder

The acquisition strategically enhances Lloyd Jones operating footprint in the Southeast and is a key piece to their overall growth objectives

Blueprint worked closely with both parties throughout the process to ensure a smooth and efficient closing and transition
