A national Private Equity investor engaged Blueprint to maximize value on the sale of a Class A, but still in lease-up, community in an affluent Detroit suburb.
Opened in 2018 and situated on an 8-acre parcel, the community offers approximately 100 units of assisted living and memory care as well as a suite of contemporary amenities.

Blueprint focused its marketing efforts on a subset of well capitalized and value-add investors as well as a number of regionally focused owner/operators with an existing and scalable market presence.

Through a comprehensive, multi-round marketing effort, Blueprint received multiple offers spanning Public REITs, several national investors, and a growing PE-backed operator.

Ultimately, the seller elected to move forward with a buyer group comprised of Silver Wave Capital, Persimmon Ventures, and Synergy Senior Management.

The transaction closed smoothly, at the agreed-upon price, and ahead of schedule.
