The Hardee Boys

Located in Hardee County an hour southeast of Tampa, Hardee Manor Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is a 79-bed skilled nursing facility built in 1980 and expanded in 1990.

As the operator’s only facility in the state, the collective decision was made with the REIT landlord to exit through a strategic sale to a pre-identified buyer eager to expand its regional footprint in Central Florida.

Blueprint executed the confidential, off-market negotiations on behalf of the REIT and the operator, securing above-market transaction terms and timing at an attractive price point.

Even as the COVID-19 pandemic surged nationwide, Blueprint expeditiously finalized the contract negotiations and guided all parties through the diligence, licensure, and transition process to a successful and timely closing.
