The regional buyer represented an emerging group in the Pacific Northwest that ultimately delivered on their commitment closing at 100% of LOI pricing despite several challenges along the way. The buyer plans to make minimal capital expenditure improvements to ensure the longevity of the community while implementing strategic operational systems and processes.

The local sellers, who have been in the senior living industry for 20+ years, intend to focus their energy and efforts on their remaining operations.
