Blueprint was engaged by a Louisiana-based non-profit owner/manager to market a 40-unit assisted living community in the Inland Northwest region. The organization sought to divest the asset as it was no longer geographically aligned with its broader mission and operational footprint. It was imperative to the outgoing organization that the incoming owner/manager be capable of continuing to fulfill their mission and the community’s stellar reputation within the submarket.
The property maintained a steady resident base and in-place HUD financing, offering an appealing foundation for a buyer with local scale and operational expertise.

Through a targeted process focused on qualified regional and national buyers, Blueprint identified a leading owner and operator of seniors housing, assisted living, and home health & hospice businesses, as the ideal acquirer. With a significant existing presence throughout the region, the group viewed the acquisition as a strategic extension of its local continuum of care, reinforcing its confidence in the market, its people, and long-term regional growth fundamentals.

The successful closing underscores Blueprint’s ability to align mission-driven sellers with experienced regional operators and deliver execution certainty amid legacy financing structures and operational transition dynamics.
