Completed in 2020, the asset was developed by the leadership of a market-leading pulmonology group, with the property functioning as the flagship office of their five locations throughout the Orlando MSA. As part of a strategic growth strategy, ownership engaged Blueprint to run a comprehensive marketing and sale process seeking a long-term sale-leaseback of the asset, which is located less than a 10-minute drive from AdventHealth’s Celebration Hospital.
Blueprint’s marketing process generated a plethora of competitive offers and lease terms, with the eventual chosen buyer being Vitalis, a Florida-based, healthcare real estate focused private equity firm that shared ownership’s vision for continued growth and development, including a continued investment partnership on the subject asset.
Through a volatile capital markets environment and macroeconomic shifts, Blueprint advised the seller at each stage of the execution process, keeping the parties focused and on schedule, resulting in a seamless closing process and successful transaction for all involved.
