The campus will undergo a substantial renovation and repositioning to become an approximately 85-bed residential treatment, detoxification, and mental health facility. Once complete, the project will transform the former senior living property into a behavioral healthcare campus capable of supporting multiple levels of care.

Blueprint worked alongside the buyer throughout the acquisition and remained actively involved through closing, helping navigate complex land use and easement matters that arose during the process.
