Blueprint acted as exclusive advisor to an adolescent behavioral healthcare provider to support their expansion into the Sacramento, California market
With a specific mandate to identify adaptive re-use assets with appropriate zoning within a specific submarket, Blueprint’s Behavioral team quickly identified an ideal asset for the provider

Specific site selection and speed were two imperative components of the assignment given the provider had a government contract and needed to identify a site quickly given the growing need for services in the area. From the date of engagement, Blueprint and the provider mobilized quickly to identify the target acquisition and close in less than 60 days

The buyer plans to invest in substantial capital improvements at the property allowing them to provide care for adolescents in need within the Sacramento market

Although this engagement mandate was somewhat outside the ordinary scope for the Blueprint Behavioral team, the transaction exhibited Blueprint’s ability to support providers to scale their businesses and identify ideal adaptive re-use candidates to repurpose into 24-hour behavioral healthcare licensed centers
