Blueprint is pleased to announce the successful capitalization of Sage Park Assisted Living and Memory Care at Osceola Corporate Center in Kissimmee, Florida. A Florida-based joint venture between Providence One Partners, LLC, an established regional seniors housing developer, and Watercrest Senior Living, a highly-regarded regional operator, engaged Blueprint for its specialized expertise in seniors housing capital markets. Blueprint was tasked with the design and execution of a capital plan for the approximately $30 million ground-up development project.
The 128-unit, 138-bed, Class A, assisted living and memory care community will be constructed within the Osceola Corporate Center, a 900 plus acre master planned mixed use development.

Located within a growth corridor 15 miles south of downtown Orlando, and close to several regional economic engines, the three-story community is to be built on a prominent 3.4 acre corner site.

Sage Park will offer a variety of floor plans, multiple dining venues, and appealing amenities. Construction will begin immediately and will be complete by late summer of 2018.

Blueprint leveraged its knowledge of the current development, lending, and investing landscapes to position the opportunity for the capital markets, resulting in a funded project with favorable terms introduced by compatible investment partners.
