Blueprint was selected by a private ownership group to facilitate the confidential marketing and sale process for The Pearl Nursing Center of Rochester, a 120-bed skilled nursing and long-term care facility in Upstate New York. The 55,000 square foot facility was constructed in 1975 adjacent to the Rochester General Hospital campus.
All parties worked together to complete the transaction upon buyer’s receipt of HUD approval for the loan assumption. Following closing and over a year of ongoing labor negotiations, a new three-year labor agreement was approved with 1199SEIU, the largest healthcare workers union in the country.
