Built in 2003, the vacant 9,594 RSF medical outpatient building is located in Hope, Arkansas, around a 40-minute drive from the Texarkana MSA.
Adjacent to the Southwest Arkansas Regional Medical Center, a 36-bed short-term acute care hospital operated by Pafford Medical Services, the building was previously occupied by a Steward Health-affiliated physician group that vacated shortly after Pafford purchased the hospital as part of Steward’s corporate bankruptcy filing.
Working in conjunction with the seller and Ten-X to successfully auction the asset, Blueprint identified multiple qualified local buyers, with the winning bidder planning to continue operating the asset as a medical outpatient building to serve the surrounding community.
