Located northeast of the Hartford metro area, the facilities had historically maintained stable census levels with a steady stream of referrals and admissions from regional referral sources, including Hartford Hospital, Manchester Memorial and Rockville General
By leveraging a proven network of reliable buyers interested in Connecticut skilled nursing acquisition opportunities, Blueprint was able to identify several interested parties, ultimately working with its client to select a regional acquirer
The acquirer plans to focus on operational efficiencies, including addressing staffing efficiencies, as well as investing in capital projects at the facilities
