Blueprint was engaged by a national private equity firm to run a comprehensive marketing campaign. After multiple rounds of bidding, a publicly traded REIT was selected as the winning bidder. The buyer elected to retain the best-in-class, incumbent operator, The Arbor Company, to continue managing the community.

Blueprint worked with all parties to ensure a smooth and timely transaction, which ultimately took place in under 60 days from the signing of the LOI.
