Strategically located very close to Aiken Regional Medical Centers, the facility was originally constructed in 1991. In 2022, the facility underwent over $2.0 million in strategic upgrades and renovations to resident rooms and bathrooms, the main dining room, lobby, and therapy gym. The facility maintained stable census levels exceeding 90% and generated meaningful operational cash flow.

Blueprint’s process created immediate market interest, procuring multiple competitive offers from both in-state and out-of-state prospective acquirers. Ultimately, a New York-based investor was selected, and the facility marked the buyer’s first acquisition in South Carolina.
