The community sits in a supply-constrained submarket with no new seniors housing in development within five miles, while the 85+ population within three miles is projected to grow more than 16% over the next five years.

Rhode Island has a smaller buyer pool than most states. Even so, Blueprint’s targeted outreach produced multiple competitive bids, creating the leverage to optimize pricing and terms. Blueprint stayed closely involved from contract to closing.

Massachusetts-based Wingate Living acquired the community and will add it to its strong and growing regional footprint.
