Maura Ferguson joined Blueprint in June of 2025, bringing a background in real estate from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. As an Analyst, she supports the team by conducting market research, preparing investment materials, and performing detailed underwriting analysis to deliver strategic valuation insights. Born and raised in the Chicago suburbs, Maura enjoys yoga, trying new recipes, and swimming in her free time.
