Blueprint successfully represented the sale of Regent Court Senior Living, a 32-unit memory care community with capacity for 48 beds, on behalf of Summit Healthcare REIT, Inc.

Blueprint’s highly-targeted process resulted in the selection of a regional owner/operator who was able to execute the due diligence and closing process with minimal disruption, allowing the exiting operator to maintain performance through to close.

The sale price was $11,000,000, or approximately $344,000/ per unit.
