Blueprint is pleased to announce the successful sale of Alden Terrace of McHenry, a mortgage note backed by a 316-bed skilled nursing facility located in McHenry, Illinois (approximately 50-miles Northwest of Chicago).

The mortgage loan was owned by a REIT which deemed owning the asset outside the core of its real estate holdings.
