Blueprint deployed a targeted marketing campaign to residential treatment providers looking to expand their program’s footprint into the Northwest Indiana market. At the time of LOI execution, Blueprint advised the seniors housing owner through a public hearing zoning process that was ultimately approved by the jurisdiction’s city council.

Ultimately, an Indiana-based physician-owned psychiatric and behavioral health provider purchased the community in October 2024. The incoming purchaser plans to expand their behavioral health services at this new location to specifically treat substance use disorders under the state of Indiana’s Medicaid reimbursement program.
