Market Yearn for Going Concern
Blueprint facilitates Sale of Parkdale Center, a niche PHP/IOP Behavioral Treatment Business in Northern Indiana.
The Parkdale Center, located in Northwest Indiana, is a partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and counseling behavioral healthcare program specializing in treating working professionals with a niche focus on medical professional clientele.
To ensure optimal pricing, terms, and alignment, Blueprint ran an extended process, reaching out to hundreds of qualified strategic and financial buyers across the country to identify the right partner for this coveted, high-performing program.
After receiving multiple offers, a private equity backed inpatient and outpatient provider was chosen as the winning bidder. This acquisition marks the buyers first entrance into the Indiana market and aligns with their focus on growing their professionals’ programs. The buyer purchased both the real estate (PHP housing) and the operating business, while simultaneously structuring a partnership with the sellers for years to come. Throughout the marketing process, Blueprint highlighted the facility’s strong reputation, serene lakeside treatment environment, specialized program offerings, historical strong performance, and high-quality infrastructure as key factors making the opportunity attractive to strategic buyers.
Blueprint worked hand-in-hand with the founders and sellers of the business throughout the diligence process, guiding and advising on all aspects of the transaction to ensure a smooth, well-coordinated closing. This transaction exemplifies Blueprint’s expertise advising transactions involving both cash-flowing business operations and associated real estate, demonstrating the firm’s versatility in complex behavioral healthcare transactions.
