Philip Kayden joined Blueprint in 2024. As an Executive Managing Director, Philip provides strategic advisory services to investors and operators of seniors housing and healthcare-related real estate. Philip brings more than 20 years of institutional investment and transactional experience across an array of real estate asset classes, including seniors housing, hospitals, medical office, hotels and single-family built-to-rent.

Prior to joining Blueprint, Philip spent 18 years with Ventas and Welltower where he facilitated more than $20 billion of investments, ranging from single-property acquisitions to public-company mergers. Most recently, Philip served as Chief Investment Officer for a vertically integrated real estate investment manager based in Chicago.

An Ohio native, Philip holds a B.B.A. from the University of Toledo. He lives in Chicago with his wife and daughter.
