Humair Sabir joined Blueprint in 2018. As a Managing Director based in San Diego, he develops and manages the firm’s established relationships along with the execution of complex seniors housing and skilled nursing engagements. His career has exclusively been in the healthcare real estate industry: he held positions at Ventas and Granite Investment Group, where his diverse experience covered mergers, acquisitions, asset management, and distressed engagements. He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is currently a Level III candidate for the Chartered Financial Analyst Program. He also holds a Senior Living Executive Certificate from USC Leonard Davis School of Gerontology and a Finance, Underwriting, and Investment Analysis of Seniors Housing Certificate from the Erickson School of Aging, Management, and Policy.
