Elle Reidy joined Blueprint in 2022 as an Executive Assistant to Blueprint’s CEO & Founder and Leadership team. In Reidy’s capacity, she is responsible for managing the day-to-day and long-term operations for the firm, as well as serving as an integral team member dedicated to special projects and firm-wide initiatives under the Chief People Officer. She brings multiple years of management and operational experience to the firm from her most recent role as Assistant Branch Manager at Enterprise Holdings.

Reidy is a graduate of Florida State University, holding an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources Development and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
