Diana Naylor joined Blueprint in 2022 as Chief People Officer. In this role she serves as member of the leadership team, reporting into Co-Founder & CEO Ben Firestone. In addition to leading the People Operations team, she is responsible for serving as the operational backbone of the organization covering the firm’s strategic communications, learning and development efforts, and overall modernization of Blueprint’s workplace experience.

She brings more than seven years of senior leadership and operational experience to Blueprint, including most recently serving as Chief Administrative Officer to CEO & Founder of Citadel, a globally recognized hedge fund. She began her career in Washington, D.C. at a top-ranked lobbying firm and later served as the right-hand to a United States Senator on Capitol Hill.

Naylor attended Arizona State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Political Science.
