Conor Daly is a Senior Associate at Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors. In this role, Conor focuses on sourcing new Medical Office Building business, understanding Blueprint client’s portfolio strategy, and executing transactions. Conor previously worked on Blueprint’s seniors housing and skilled nursing analytics team as a Senior Analyst where he focused on underwriting single-asset / portfolio operations, deriving current and future market valuations, creating marketing material, and training new analysts. Conor started his real estate career as Blueprint’s first intern and has been with the company ever since.

Prior to joining Blueprint, Conor graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Economics. Conor is a dual citizen of the U.S. and Ireland.
